Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – On Wednesday, October 22, 2025, the St. Kitts Water Services Department’s Inspector of Quality, Shawn Greenaway, and Inspector of Works, Kurt Carty, returned to the Water Line to give insight into the Department’s hurricane and tropical storm preparedness and response protocols and the impact of heavy rains on their work.
