WSD: Service Interruption in St. Peters and Upper Shadwell

Date:

Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – The Water Services Department (WSD) sincerely apologizes to our valued customers in Stapleton, Gundo Field, Parray’s Housing, John England Village, and Upper Shadwell for the ongoing service interruption that began on Saturday, April 20, 2025.

This interruption occurred because the water level has fallen below the threshold required to provide a continuous supply of water to the affected areas.

The WSD regrets the inconvenience this has caused and wishes to reassure its customers that its team is closely monitoring the situation.

Please note that the Department expects service restoration to occur by 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 22.
