WSD: Update on Service Interruption Affecting Beacon Heights, Dewars, and Upper Shadwell West

Date:

Basseterre, St. Kitts (MoPIEUDT NEWS) – The St. Kitts Water Services Department (WSD) regrets to inform the residents of Beacon Heights, Dewars, and Upper Shadwell West of a revision to the previously announced service restoration date for these areas. The water level in the Olivees tank remains insufficient to allow the WSD to boost water to the Beacon Heights tank that services the affected areas.

Water Service is now expected to be restored by 6 a.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025.

The WSD sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience that results and asks customers to report all anomalies in water service via its hotline at 662-4307 to enable its team to log the issues and address them swiftly.

Please visit mopieudt.gov.kn and water.gov.kn, and follow the WSD’s Facebook page for the latest updates.
